Beverley Hills Heights Villa is perfect venue for groups of likeminded people, families, sports retreats and special events.
The Villa comprises of four independent apartments that are each self contained.
There are 5 bedrooms in total (one of the apartments has two bedrooms; the other three apartments each have one bedroom). There are also 4 double sofa beds. Maximum occupancy is 18 people.

The Villa
Each of the apartments has the following:
- private entrance
- living area with television and complimentary Netflix,
- dining area with table and chairs
- kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine
- bathroom with large shower, toilet and sink
Outside there is a large swimming pool that is solar heated, spacious terraces with sunbeds, large tables and comfy chairs, alarge purpose built brick BBQ, a chill out zone under wooden pagoda with al fresco dining area as well as a Balinese-style bed for lazy days. Our private bar can be fully stocked on request before you enjoy the fire pit for cosy evenings star gazing.
Fuerteventura

- UNESCO Biosphere Reserve: The entire island was designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 2009, recognizing its unique natural landscapes and ecosystems.
- Windsurfing Capital: Fuerteventura is often referred to as the "Windsurfing Capital of the World" due to its consistent strong winds and ideal conditions for windsurfing and kitesurfing.
- Volcanic Origin: Like other Canary Islands, Fuerteventura was formed by volcanic activity. Its volcanic landscapes, such as the Calderón Hondo, are a testament to its geological history.
- Desert-Like Dunes: The island boasts the Corralejo Natural Park, home to vast sand dunes reminiscent of a desert. It's a popular spot for both sunbathing and exploring.
- Ancient History: A rich history dating back to the aboriginal Maho people, who inhabited the island before the Spanish conquest in the 15th century. You can still find traces of their culture.
- Unique Wildlife: The island is home to unique flora and fauna adapted to its arid climate. Look out for the Canarian Houbara Bustard, a rare bird species found here.
- Aloe Vera Production: Fuerteventura is known for its aloe vera production. Many products like creams, lotions, and gels are made from the aloe vera plants grown on the island.
- No High-Rise Buildings: You won't find tall skyscrapers on Fuerteventura. Building height restrictions help preserve the island's natural beauty and keep its skyline low.
- Local Cuisine: Don't miss trying local dishes like "papas arrugadas" (wrinkled potatoes) with mojo sauce, and "gofio," a traditional Canarian food made from roasted grains.
